Corporate Event Decor in Ottawa

Celebrations We Style

Polished decor teams actually notice.

Sparkle Events design and install corporate event decor across Ottawa from a base in Nepean: branded entrances and step-and-repeats, stage and podium backdrops, registration and welcome-table styling, and centerpieces for seated dinners. Installation and teardown are booked around your building's loading-dock and security window rather than a public timeline, which for most offices is the part that decides whether decor is worth arranging at all.

Decor for corporate events, launches, and staff celebrations, trusted by teams at Carleton University, Kinaxis, Healthy Planet, Equator, and Shoppers Drug Mart. Delivered, styled, and cleared on schedule.

Corporate styling sits alongside the rest of our event decor Ottawa work, from weddings to milestone birthdays, all handled by the same team.

On Your Schedule

Delivered, installed, and cleared on your schedule

The part a facilities or events coordinator actually cares about is whether the decor disappears again on time. We install before your guests arrive and clear everything by the time you need the space back, coordinating the loading-dock window and security sign-in with your building directly, whether that is before the next morning's business hours or right after a gala wraps.

What's included in a corporate decor package?

Corporate work covers three things: a branded entrance or step-and-repeat, decor for the room itself such as a stage or podium backdrop, registration and welcome-table styling, or centerpieces for a seated dinner, and the delivery, setup and teardown scheduled around your workday rather than a public timeline. We have built this for teams at Carleton University, Kinaxis, Healthy Planet, Equator and Shoppers Drug Mart, and the brief is almost always the same: make the space look considered without turning it into a wedding.

Do you decorate corporate Christmas and holiday parties?

Yes, and it is the busiest corporate booking of the year. A holiday party uses the same pieces as any other corporate event: an entrance or photo backdrop, stage and podium styling, and table decor for a seated dinner. What changes is the palette, and it is worth saying that Christmas decorations do not have to mean red and green. Plenty of companies want something closer to their own brand colours, or a winter palette that photographs well without looking like a shopping centre. The timing matters more than most people expect. Ottawa companies book December parties through October and November, and the early-December Friday dates go first, so an enquiry in the autumn gets a real choice of date and scale while one in late November is usually working around whatever is left.

Can you decorate our own office, not a rented venue?

Yes, and an office is a genuinely different job from a ballroom. The constraints are the ceiling grid and what can be attached to it, walls nobody wants marked, and the fact that people are working at those desks the next morning. So installation tends to happen after hours or over a lunch window, and teardown has to be complete before business hours resume rather than at a leisurely pace the following afternoon. We confirm what can be mounted or suspended with your facilities contact before the day instead of arriving with a plan the building will not allow.

How does pricing differ between a staff event and a launch?

A staff appreciation lunch and a product launch or grand opening are not priced the same way, even at a similar guest count. A launch usually carries a bigger statement installation, an entrance arch, a branded backdrop, a stage, and more setup time before doors open, while an internal staff event is typically smaller decor with a faster turnaround. Tell us which one you are running and we quote to that, itemized, rather than a flat per-head rate that does not reflect what you actually need.

How do you work inside real office and venue rules?

Office towers, hotel ballrooms and university halls each have their own loading-dock booking window, security sign-in process, and rules about what can be mounted on a wall or hung from a ceiling. That is not a wedding-venue problem exclusively. We coordinate directly with your building management or venue contact so installation happens on their schedule and clears before your event starts, and before regular business hours resume if it is booked after hours.

Why do teams book you again for the next event?

The part that actually matters to a facilities or events coordinator is not the decor itself, it is whether it disappears again on time. We deliver, install, and return to tear down and remove everything by the time you need the space back, whether that is before the next morning's business hours or right after a gala wraps. That reliability, more than any single installation, is why the same organizations call us for the next one instead of starting the vendor search over.

How much does corporate event decor cost in Ottawa?

It is quoted per event, because a staff lunch and a full product launch call for a completely different scale of installation. Tell us the guest count, venue, and whether it is an internal event or public-facing, and we will send an itemized quote you can review before committing to anything.

How far ahead should we book corporate event decor?

For a launch or a large staff event, a few weeks gives us room to plan the installation and confirm access with your venue. Smaller internal celebrations can often be turned around on shorter notice. If your date is close, ask anyway and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.

Can you work within our building's access and security requirements?

Yes. We coordinate directly with building management or your venue contact on the loading-dock window, security sign-in, and any rules about what can be mounted or hung, so installation happens on their terms and yours, not around them.

Do you only do branded decor, or also general celebration styling for staff events?

Both. Some corporate bookings want brand colours and logo elements worked in; others are a straightforward staff party that just needs to look good. Tell us which one this is and we scope the design to it.

When should we book decor for a corporate Christmas party in Ottawa?

October or November for a December party. That is not an upsell, it is when the demand actually arrives: interest in planning office Christmas parties climbs through the autumn and peaks in November, then drops away in December once the decisions are already made. Early-December Fridays are the first dates to go. If your date is already fixed and it is autumn, enquire now and you get a real choice of scale. If it is already late November, still ask. We would rather tell you honestly what is achievable in the time than have you assume nothing is.

Does a Christmas party have to look like Christmas?

No, and a fair number of the ones we style deliberately do not. Red and green is one option among several. A winter palette in whites, silvers and warm metallics photographs well and suits a room full of colleagues better than novelty decor does, and some companies would rather see their own brand colours than anything seasonal at all. Tell us how festive you actually want it, including if the answer is barely, and we design to that rather than to the month.
