Weddings, engagements, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, gender reveals, graduations, and corporate events, plus one-off celebrations. If you can picture it, we can style it.
Ottawa and the surrounding area. Share your venue when you reach out and we will confirm we can get to you.
Yes. You can rent individual pieces (arches, sweet carts, tables, chairs, backdrops, bounce houses, and more) on their own, or book full planning and styling.
Every event is priced to your guest count, venue, and vision. Tell us your date and a little about what you have in mind, and we'll put together a tailored quote for you.
Yes. We deliver, build, and style everything on the day, then come back afterward and handle the teardown, so you can simply enjoy your celebration.
Send us a message through our contact page or give us a call. We'll confirm availability, share a quote, and lock in your date.
Almost none of it. We deliver and install everything before your guests arrive. If the same room has to be reset between a ceremony and a reception, that flip is planned into the timeline with the venue rather than handled on the fly. At the venue's teardown time we come back and remove it all, so nobody in your family is carrying centerpieces to a car at the end of the night. If you want the wider vendor timeline handled too, planning and day of coordination are offered alongside the decor.
Quotes are itemized by piece, so the ceremony arch, the backdrop, the head table, the centerpieces per table, and any draping or lighting each carry their own line. That means you can see where the money is concentrated and move it between pieces before anything is booked, rather than approving one total and hoping. If a reference photo will not work at your venue or at your number, we say so at the quote stage rather than after it is installed. Pieces you do not need come off the quote. Nothing is added to make a package look complete.
Tell us as soon as you know. How much a change affects depends almost entirely on how early it comes. Those three are already what a quote is built on, since every event is priced to your guest count, venue and vision, so changing one of them changes an input rather than springing a surprise. Because the quote is itemized by piece, a change usually lands on specific lines instead of the whole design: a smaller guest count moves the centerpieces per table, a new room can change what an arch or a backdrop needs behind it, and a new date means confirming what is available for that date. Plenty of pieces carry over exactly as they are. Where something will not work in the new space or at the new number, we say so then, the same way we say it at the quote stage rather than after it is installed. What it costs depends on what has already been booked or built for the original plan, which is why the earlier you tell us, the less there is to unpick.
