What happens after you send it
You get an itemized quote, not a package
Most people arrive knowing roughly what they want and not knowing what to ask for. The builder puts the whole thing in front of you: the occasion, the colours, the pieces we actually own, and how many of each. When it reaches us it arrives as one itemized list instead of a blank enquiry, so the quote that comes back is a real answer rather than a request for more information.
We quote itemized, so you see what each element costs instead of one lump number. It covers the decor and rentals involved, delivery, setup, and teardown. You are welcome to question any line, swap pieces, or remove them before you commit — and if something you want falls outside what we do, we say so upfront and point you to who does it.
The prices on the rental pieces are the real published ones. Styling, delivery, setup and teardown are quoted separately once we know the venue and the date, because those are the things that actually vary. That is why this page adds them up as a pieces subtotal and stops there.
