These Terms of Service govern your use of ottawasparkleevents.ca and any consultation, quote, or event work you request from Sparkle Events(“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using this site or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

What we do

We plan, design, decorate, and coordinate celebrations across Ottawa and the surrounding area — including weddings, showers, cultural celebrations, birthdays, and corporate events — along with balloon decor, backdrops and floral walls, event rentals, custom favors, and event printing and signage.

Quotes and estimates

Any prices, packages, or ideas shown on this site or shared before we confirm your event are estimates for general guidance only. Final pricing and scope are confirmed in a written quote and are subject to a signed agreement and availability for your date.

Bookings and payments

Event dates are reserved once we confirm your booking in writing. Any deposit, payment schedule, and cancellation or rescheduling terms are set out in your booking agreement. Rental items remain our property and are provided under the terms of that agreement.

Using this website

The content on this site — including text, photography of our completed events, and our designs — belongs to Sparkle Events and may not be copied or reused without permission. Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under a signed booking agreement or under applicable law.
