About Us

Ottawa Sparkle Events is an event decor, planning and rentals studio based in Nepean, styling weddings, engagements, showers, henna nights, birthdays, gender reveals and corporate celebrations across Ottawa and the surrounding area. We design and install the decor ourselves: ceremony arches, head-table backdrops, balloon garlands, floral walls, rentals and favours, then set it up, run it, and take it all down again.

The studio also styles corporate work, decor for staff celebrations, launches and conferences for teams at Carleton University, Kinaxis, Healthy Planet, Equator and Shoppers Drug Mart. The brief there is usually the same one clients bring us for a wedding: make the room look considered, on schedule, without anyone having to manage it themselves.

Cultural and faith celebrations are a genuine specialty rather than an add-on: henna and mehndi nights, aqiqah and naming-day decor, baptisms and first communions, Eid and Ramadan styling, each with its own real photography in our portfolio rather than a stock stand-in for the occasion.

We carry a 5.0 rating from 48 Google reviews and were named a Winner of the 2026 Canadian Choice Award in the Event Planning Services category for Ottawa. Neither happens from one good event; both come from doing the unglamorous parts, the itemized quote, the on-time teardown, the venue coordination, as carefully as the parts people photograph.
