Every event we style starts with a message like the one you are about to send. Tell us what you are planning and we come back with questions before we come back with a number, because a quote written without knowing your venue and your guest count is a guess wearing a price tag.

What happens after you enquire
We answer on the date first
Availability cannot be designed around, so it is the first thing we check. If your date is already taken we say so plainly rather than leaving the enquiry open.
We ask for what is missing
Usually the venue's setup and teardown window, the ceiling height, and whether anything may be attached to walls. Those answers come from the venue and nowhere else, and they decide what is buildable before any colour is chosen.
You get a direction and an itemized quote
A design direction built for your actual room and palette, with the cost broken out piece by piece instead of arriving as one number. Anything on it can be scaled down, swapped or removed before you commit.
We install, then we collect
Once booked, we coordinate with your venue and any other vendors, install before guests arrive, and return at the venue's teardown time to take it down.

What helps us quote accurately
Five things move a quote further than anything else. The more of them you have settled, the closer the first number lands to the last one.
- The date, and whether it is fixed
- Peak weekend dates go first, and a flexible date sometimes opens up a scale that a fixed one cannot.
- The venue, with its address
- A rented hall, a back garden and an office tower are three different installations before any decor is picked.
- Guest count, even a rough one
- Table count drives centerpieces, and that is usually the largest single line in the quote.
- The style you are picturing
- A saved photo, a board, or the invitation if it is already designed. Colours are worth showing rather than naming, since sage and dusty blue each cover a wide range of actual shades.
- What you want from us
- Full planning, a decor build, or a single rental piece delivered. That answer changes a quote most.

The studio is at 99 Ralph Erfle Wy, Nepean, ON K2J 6W2. Hours: Open daily · 9am–8pm, which is when calls, texts and messages get answered.
We deliver and install across Ottawa, Kanata, Stittsville, Barrhaven, Orleans, Nepean, Gloucester, Richmond, Manotick, Findlay Creek, Greely, Riverside South, Gatineau, Carp, Vanier, Blackburn Hamlet, Navan, Cumberland, Rockcliffe Park, Centretown, The Glebe, Westboro, Hintonburg, Old Ottawa South, Alta Vista. Venue access and the load-in window matter more to us than distance does, so send the venue with your enquiry and we will say plainly whether the timings work for your date rather than agreeing first and finding out later.
Lead Time
How far ahead to book
Peak Ottawa wedding Saturdays in summer and early autumn are frequently booked six months to a year out. Showers, birthdays and proposals are comfortable at a couple of weeks, though weekend dates fill first and a precise palette is easier to hit with three weeks than three days, because colour-matched balloons have to be ordered in. Corporate holiday parties get booked through October and November.
If your date is sooner than any of that, ask anyway. We would rather tell you honestly what is achievable in the time than have you assume it is too late.
