No ceiling anchor, and why that matters
Most venues will not let you fix anything to a ceiling, and most that would still want a rigger and a certificate. This piece sidesteps the whole question: the swing hangs from a crossbeam on its own four-post frame, which stands on the floor and carries its own load. The visual is a suspended table; the engineering is a freestanding structure. That is usually the sentence that gets it approved by a venue coordinator.
What you need is height and floor, not fixings
The trade is that the frame occupies real space. It needs a footprint bigger than the table it holds, plus clearance above the crossbeam, and our catalogue does not record its height, so ask us before you commit to a basement or a room with a low dropped ceiling. The floor has to be level and firm. One catalogue photo has it in a home on tile, the other in a venue set into an arched alcove, and both are flat hard floors.
It is the piece the room notices
A table that appears to float is doing something nothing else in the inventory does, and it takes the cake photograph out of the ordinary without any styling on top. The frame is dressed with florals in both catalogue photos, which is how it is normally set. Setup is more involved than a table, so tell us your load-in window early and we will plan around it.
