The back is the reason to book it
Everything about this chair happens above shoulder height. The fan back rises well above whoever is sitting in it and it is woven open enough that light comes through the weave, which is why it photographs as a halo behind the person rather than as a solid block. Seated, your guest of honour is framed by it. That is the entire job it does, and no other seat in the inventory does it.
Check your backdrop height before you book it
The tall back is also the constraint. Set in front of a low floral wall or a short balloon arch it will overtop the backdrop and break the line, which looks like a mistake in photographs. Our catalogue does not record a height for it, so ask us and we will confirm the number against whatever you are putting behind it before you commit. The second catalogue photo shows a pair set against a tall macrame backdrop, which is the proportion that works.
Rattan and weather
It is natural woven rattan, so covered outdoor use is fine and rain is not. For a garden ceremony, tell us whether there is a tent or a hard cover over the spot, and what the ground is: a pedestal base on soft lawn wants a board under it. We deliver, place it, and collect it afterwards, so you are not fitting a peacock chair into a sedan.
