The short answer
The balloons sit up at ceiling level, so what you see at eye height is the strings hanging down from them. In our photograph they are ivory and pale dusty blue with a pearl sheen, and the balloons at the front of the cluster each carry a white ribbon bow tied at the neck, with a thin string running down past it. How many balloons, and how far the strings hang, are not recorded in our catalogue - and the strings run out of the bottom of the photograph, so the drop cannot be read from the image either. - Built. This is an installation rather than a rental, so it is made for your date in your colours, put up on site, and not collected afterwards: it is yours for the day. That is the practical difference between hiring a piece of furniture and commissioning decor, and it is why the quote covers design and install rather than a return trip.
- Can you match my colours exactly?
- We match to your palette rather than working from a fixed set of shades, which is most of the difference between decor that looks designed and decor that looks like it came from a party aisle. Speciality shades are ordered in rather than stocked, so colour-matched work needs more notice than people expect. Send a photo or a colour reference with your date.
- How much notice do you need?
- More than a rental needs, because materials are ordered for your specific colours before anything is built. A week or two is comfortable for most designs and peak weekends fill earlier. If your date is soon, ask anyway: we will tell you what is achievable with what is already in stock instead of promising a palette we cannot source in time.
