That is the practical difference between hiring a piece of furniture and commissioning decor, and it is why the quote covers design and install rather than a return trip.

Can you match my colours exactly?

We match to your palette instead of working from a fixed set of shades, and that is most of the difference between decor that looks designed and decor that looks like it came from a party aisle. Speciality shades get ordered in for your date, so colour-matched work needs more notice than people expect. Send a photo or a colour reference with your date.

How much notice do you need?

More than a rental needs, because materials get ordered for your specific colours before anything is built. A week or two is comfortable for most designs and peak weekends fill earlier. If your date is soon, ask anyway: we will tell you what is achievable with what is already in stock instead of promising a palette we cannot source in time.

The short answer

Fabric reads softer than a board

A mirror or acrylic welcome sign is a hard, reflective surface at the door. This one is cloth: it hangs, it moves a little in a draught, and the swag across the top ties it to draping elsewhere in the room. It suits a nikkah, an engagement or a wedding where the rest of the decor is fabric and flowers rather than glass and metal, and it photographs without the glare a mirror gives back at a flash.

The wording is the part to settle first

Everything on the sign is printed, so nothing on it can change on the day. Names, the date, the welcome line and any verse or calligraphy have to be final before it goes to print, and that is earlier than the rest of the decor needs decisions. We work in English and in Arabic and set both on one sign, as the photograph shows; send us the wording exactly as you want it to read and we will proof it back to you.
